Vacancy for a junior HR executive
We are a well established group of companies engaged in marketing and selling branded telecommunication equipment. A vacancy exists for a Junior HR Executive in our HR and Legal Department.

The main job functions of the selected candidate will be:

• Assist in the Recruitment Process
• Handle EPF Documentation
• Maintenance and updating of Employee data base
• Maintain personal files
• Liaising with other departments on HR matters
• Handling correspondence
• Update leave/attendance records

The ideal candidate should be below 25 years of age with at least 2 years experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar capacity and have the following competencies and qualifications:

• Passed the GCE (A/L) Examination
• Professional qualification in HR from a recognized institution
• Excellent command of the English Language (both oral and written)
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office packages, especially MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to handle correspondence independently
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and plan and organize own work to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
• Willingness to learn and improve performance continuously
• Good temperament to work as a team member
